Devils’ roster is being exposed in one key area — even if Sheldon Keefe won’t admit it

New Jersey’s lack of forward depth outside the top 12 has caused them to trot a flat fourth line for most of the season. Lately, Kurtis MacDermid, Justin Dowling and Tomas Tatar have not produced at any meaningful level in their six games together, amplifying the holes at the bottom of the roster.
